Order Cancellation

1.1 Before Shipment

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped. However, whether the cancellation can be fulfilled depends on our third-party suppliers and shipping partners. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee that the cancellation will be successful.

1.2 After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped or processed by a third-party supplier, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, you will need to wait for the package to arrive and follow our return process as outlined in our Return Policy.

2 Refund Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items, such as those fulfilled by third-party suppliers, may not be eligible for a refund depending on the supplier’s return policies. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on returnable items.

2.2 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that the refund process may take longer if a third-party supplier is involved, as we must coordinate with them.

2.3 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or credit card statement again. If you still have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us. We will assist you in following up with the third-party supplier if necessary.

3 Non-Refundable Items

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded, especially those fulfilled by third-party suppliers with specific return policies. These include:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Gift cards.

4 Exchanges

5 Shipping Costs for Returns

Please note that returns involving third-party suppliers may incur additional fees, which will be communicated to you in advance.
